Meet Jen
Jen Faber is a Burlingame parent, nonprofit leader, community volunteer, and problem solver running to bring practical, common-sense solutions to the Burlingame City Council on behalf of District 3 and the broader community.
As President of the Burlingame Community for Education Foundation, Jen has worked proactively with parents, teachers, volunteers, and community leaders to strengthen Burlingame public schools and support teacher recruitment and retention. Under her leadership, Burlingame Public Schools secured major funding including a $3.21 Million grant for the 2026-27 school year. In 2024, Jen led the community effort to provide our schools more than $3.4 million annually.
Jen’s leadership is rooted in collaboration, accountability, and real results on behalf of Burlingame. She has managed complex relationships in the nonprofit, healthcare, research, and volunteer world, bringing people together around clear goals to solve problems, not talk about them.
On the City Council, Jen will focus on everyday issues Burlingame residents care about; public safety, reducing traffic delays, protecting our neighborhoods from flooding and fire risks, and supporting small businesses, restaurants, hotels, and local employers.
Jen is running to solve problems, not play politics. She believes Burlingame deserves leadership that listens, takes action, and delivers tangible results.
